About Me! Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Amanda.

I am a transformational leadership coach and foundational health educator with a background in optimizing human performance. I’ve dedicated my career to helping people take control of their health in order to show up the way they want to and live the life they desire. I help overwhelmed professionals on the verge of burnout discover and develop their personal leadership talents in order to connect to their physical health and vitality.

It was through my personal wellness journey, after losing my health in 2010 due to burnout as an entrepreneur, that I learned to tap into my body’s intuitive wisdom. Through my own research and self-discovery, I am proud to share that I made a comeback and am performing better than I ever had and have. I now share my soul’s mission through my work in the fields of health care, industrial athletic performance, injury prevention, and corporate wellness. I do this through a variety of one-on-one and group coaching programs.

I’d like to share these simple self-regulation breathing techniques to help when  feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
